Cancellation Policy

At Cosy Plants, we aim to process orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, orders may only be cancelled within a limited time after placement.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
For customized items, plant structures, or made-to-order products, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun, as these items are specifically prepared based on customer requirements.
In the case of pre-orders, cancellations are allowed only if the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled. Any eligible refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us promptly with their order details. Cosy Plants reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests based on the order status.
