Shipping policy

At Cosy Plants, we aim to ensure safe and timely delivery of all live plants, planters, plant structures, and gift items. Delivery timelines and conditions may vary depending on the type of product and location.  Orders for plants and standard gift items are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Planters and accessories are usually processed within 3-5 business days, depending on availability and order volume. Plant structures and customized items may require 5-10 business days or more for fabrication, depending on design and number of pieces required. 

Customers must ensure that accurate delivery details are provided and that someone is available to receive the order. Cosy Plants is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

For gift orders, delivery will be made to the provided recipient details, and completion of delivery will be considered successful once the item is handed over at the given address. Orders containing different product types may be delivered separately and may arrive at different times. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Cosy Plants is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
