Our Story

Founded in 2016, Golgi Tec is a 100% Sri Lankan owned company and is registered under the Department of Commerce in Sri Lanka. Since its humble beginning in a small laboratory with only one scientist, today the company has grown to employ over 25 members working across a sophisticated laboratory building spanning 13,000 sq. ft. Golgi Tec exports ornamental plants with phytosanitary certifications to the world market and produces plants for commercial cultivations in Sri Lanka.

What We Are

Our laboratory stringently adheres to green building concepts and follows global standards and best practices. We will receive the relevant certification from the Green Building Council in Sri Lanka soon.

Our plants are carefully produced under hygienic laboratory environment by following modern technologies invented in the tissue culture industry.

We offer an online production monitoring page with absolute transparency for our corporate buyers to track and monitor all processes of their orders at any given time.

We closely monitor packing, delivery and after delivery status until our local or international buyer receives our products safely.
