Cosy Plants is seeking a Maldives-based strategic partner / JV to develop indoor plant rental, plant sales and managed greenery services for hotels, resorts, apartments and commercial spaces. Backed by Golgi Tec (Private) Limited in Sri Lanka, the concept combines tissue-cultured tropical plants, professional growing facilities, plant rotation and replacement, and designer plant structures.

OUR VISION

Customers can purchase plants or use a managed rental service.

Under the rental model, Cosy Plants supplies and places the plants, takes responsibility for routine care, replaces deteriorated plants and can introduce new varieties periodically. Returned plants can be recovered and conditioned for future use.

Cosy Plants is supported by Golgi Tec, combining tissue culture technology, acclimatisation, greenhouse and net-house growing, mother-plant management and ornamental plant export experience.

OUR PRODUCTION CAPABILITY

Our focus is to build a diverse pipeline of tropical indoor plants so new varieties can be introduced regularly rather than relying on a limited conventional range.

THE MALDIVES PLANT NETWORK

Most propagation and production can remain in Sri Lanka, while a Maldives hub supports receiving, holding, conditioning and local distribution.

WHY A MALDIVES PLANT HUB?

A compact local hub can receive plants from Sri Lanka, hold and prepare stock, recover returned plants and coordinate hotel deliveries and collections. The facility should ideally have suitable sheltered space, fresh water, electricity and practical transport access.
