Refund & Return Policy 

• No returns/refunds for change-of-mind, wrong selection, or gifting preference
• Plants: report damage within 24 hrs with photos → replacement (refund only if replacement unavailable)
• Planters & Accessories: report within 48 hrs with photos → replacement
• Plant Structures/Custom Orders: non-refundable once production starts; damage must be reported within 48 hrs
• Gift Orders: no returns for recipient preference; damage must be reported within 24 hrs
• Refused, unattended, or wrong-address orders are not eligible for refund/replacement

Shipping Policy

• Plants & gifts: 2–5 business days
• Planters & accessories: 3–5 business days
• Plant structures/custom: 5–10+ business days
• Accurate address & recipient availability required — re-delivery may incur charges
• Multi-item orders may arrive separately
• Not liable for courier, weather, or traffic delays
